We can easily handle most major shed brands built on runners (non-permanent, portable structures). From small garden sheds to large portable buildings, our team does the heavy lifting—we’ll load it, haul it, and set it in place safely, carefully, and without the hassle. 
 
We also provide shed releveling and repositioning, adjusting to natural settling so your shed stays functional and stable long-term. 
 
Need it moved elsewhere on your property? Our shed Mule is perfect for tight spaces, and for those narrow-access jobs—tight gates, small yards, low clearances—it lets us go where trucks and trailers can’t.

1. Request a Quote

To begin, please send the following information:

• Your name and phone number
• Current location address of the shed
• Delivery address where the shed needs to go
• 4–5 photos of the shed, including one interior photo (for structure verification)

2. Receive a Price Quote

After reviewing your photos, location details, and site conditions, we’ll provide a price range based on mileage, building size, and complexity.
 The shed must be empty prior to the arrival of the driver to move the shed. 

Please review and acknowledge the Shed Move Terms below.

3. Move Day

On the scheduled move date, our driver will:

• Call ahead with an estimated arrival time
• Load and transport your shed using professional moving equipment
• Place the shed in the designated area (as long as it is safe and accessible)
• Level the shed using customer-provided blocks

4. Payment

The final price—within the originally quoted range—will be determined on-site by the driver after the move is complete.
 Payment is due in full on the day of the move.

I understand that I am fully responsible for the shed’s location, any required permits, and any potential damage to property, shed, or contents during the move. While our drivers take great care, all shed moves involve some level of risk which must be assumed by the customer.

I understand that the shed must be empty and all access obstructions removed prior to the arrival of the driver to move the shed. 

I understand that I am responsible for providing all necessary blocks for leveling. Any blocks supplied by the Driver will add $5 per block to the total price.

I understand that Watson Barn Rentals and the Driver reserve the right to determine if a building is safe to be moved or if a site is unsuitable for pickup or delivery.

I understand that the Driver will finalize the exact move price—within the quoted range—after the move is completed, and that the full amount is due at that time.
